Had tube and CO2 trouble while riding from Burlington to Montreal with our four person family. Made a detour and took the ferry across to the NY side. Called Maui and placed an emergency resupply order and described our situation. Upon getting off the ferry the OWNER was there with everything we needed to get back on the road. And made sure we were up and running before she left. Plus some route tips and places to eat. A true shining example of top rate customer service. Buy and support local. These guys are tops.
I have rented skis here, and had work done on my bicycle (Bianchi). Everyone at the store is incredibly pleasant, and more importantly..... knowledgeable! Also, it does not hurt that they are competitively priced on their items and service. I could not be happier with the service I have received at Maui North from everyone I have dealt with there.
