What really impressed me the most about Dawn is that she really pays attention and she takes time to know her Avis customers. When I returned five (5) days later on ******* , Dawn saw me in the rental car return parking lot and said “so is today your birthday or is it tomorrow?” My birthday was [the next day]! Dawn also called me a day later to tell me a jacket had been left in the car. While I have not received it yet, it has been shipped. So Avis – Please recognize Dawn for her exceptional customer service – she gets a big A++ customer service rating from me and my parents.
We arrived from Florida landing at the Plattsburgh airport late in the afternoon. When I went to check in with Dawn at the Avis counter she had a smile on her face and she was professional. She explained to me that the car we had reserved was not available, but she promptly made arrangements for us to secure an appropriate sized car. (We had reserved a full size car, and I needed extra room while traveling with my elderly parents.)
