Total waste of time, saw a nurse practitioner instead of a doctor, who knew very little about my condition. I brought my x-rays on a disc and there was no drive in the computer to even view them, so he just didn't! Then he was going to feel my spine but didn't know where they kept the gowns so said "never mind"! Then he tried to push me into getting some sort of treatment with needles in the spine, had all the paperwork filled out when I left, even though I told him I wasn't likely to try that. They push drugs and unnecessary procedures, and I wanted neither. If you decide to take the drugs, they keep you coming back for urine testing. I did ask for a tens unit, which they never followed through with, and when I called a few months later to get my x-rays back, they said they destroyed them. Go to a real doctor!
Very helpful to my mother in law.
I love my doctors here, but the receptionists have a serious attitude problem over the phone when you are requesting paperwork to be sent for an immediate medical problem that can only be solved by them sending what they are supposed to! Not a good image for a medical facility!
So far, I have no complaints with my doctor, my complaint is with the office staff. I had an appointment this morning, and when I arrived I was told that the doctor was in the OR and my appointment was rescheduled to the afternoon. I asked if anyone had called me. The staff person said yes. She did not say, I am sorry, but someone did try and call you.
Was good but gave me a pill count at the last minute was down for shots and never failed a drug test but canceled me because I couldn't afford to reschedule
The first time I had an appointment, I must have waited for five minutes for someone to check me in. Finally, one of the staff said, would someone come out here. Yes, I have tried the kiosk check-in, but for some reason it doesn't recognize my name. The office staff is the first line of welcome to a new patient. So far, the office staff gets an F in personal service.
I have been home for three days, I have call waiting and an answering machine. The staff person could not have tried very hard to call me.
