I went to Best Buy for some black Friday weekend shopping. I wanted to buy a 4k smart television. Not only did the supervisor find me a great deal that fit what I was looking for but he had it delivered to me the very next day!! Even though it was damaged when it arrived he promptly sent out a second tv. only an hour later on a Sunday just in time for Football. He took care of it all and everything went smooth and the delivery men were very polite and patient. Shout out to Jamal and Hunter for great delivery service. And if you are ever in a bind and need great customer service and help with the product that is best for you John Zayas is your guy. I would recommend them to anyone.
Decent electronic store. I'm not a fan of the staff constantly asking if you need help.
Always have a great experience at this Best Buy i have bought my cell phone, my TV, and my laptops, along with many other items.
