Very comfortable laid-back environment. There's plenty of room to work out and do physical therapy without interruption. the staff is more than qualified to assist and show eagerness to do so. The equipment there suits my needs and I'm very limited due to my spinal injury. It is a very clean environment even in the locker rooms.
