Terrible..brought my son there after his ortho appointment this morning. Which we do every 5 weeks after every appoint. They open at 9:00, we were right there when they opened and the girl tells me she can't cut hair til 11. Really. She said yeah I'm the only one here and I have a conference call. I guess they didn't schedule properly today.
I made an appointment for 3:30pm - it's now 4:12pm and I'm still waiting to have my hair cut. What's the point of making an appointment? Terrible customer service.
Misun was fantastic. I appreciated her approach to cutting my hair and the product recommendation was right on the money.
