From what I have observed the staff have always been caring and friendly to me. To many providers in the North Country treat patients like cattle and just want us to see them long enough so they can collect there $$$ and send us out the door. I finally switched to another doctor's office. The new office has tried multiple times to get Plattsburgh Health Group to fax over my records. I have also called twice. The new office still doesn't have my old records. I'm going to have to go in person and pay 75 cents per page to have them copy my own records for me to give to the new office.
They double-billed my wife and I about four times in a row. I was able to prove it and they credited me for the double-billed items. Recently, they contacted me again to get payment for an appointment I had about six-months prior. Once again, I was able to prove I had already paid it.
Loved the place I will go back.
