I had to have some changes made. I went in, the wait was short, the person who helped me was very nice, and the changes were made the next month.
Almost impossible to get through on the phone. From trees wait too long. And it hangs up on you. I also work and need to occasionally get in touch with them about my sons benefits.
Anytime, I had to go to ask questions they have always been nice & polite to me. That said; appearance, mentality, and if you take a shower all play a part in how the world reciprocates. Also kindness goes along way. :-)
My wife and I went to the office she just received her residency a stamp but didn't get the card itself the lady refused to process her application since then it's been 3. Months she still didn't receive her SS card and got her green card 3 weeks ago.Bad service when you can get your paperwork cause of profiling .
Losers!! Applied for disability twice and denied! I was on it before moving to this dumpy city and they wanted me to re apply, knowing very well i was on it for the same reasons i re applied for it again
Their only response was "find an easier job." Like any job is easier with PTSD! They'll go and hand out disability to these low lifes who will squander it away on lotto tickets, booze and cigarettes! The people in need dont even get it though. I hope this dump loses business and closes down. Lowsy redneck NY state, the decision makers are stupid morons.
