Good and affordable hotel with both indoor and outdoor swimming pool accessible to guest. All facilities featured are offered. Clean rooms and passage. Very nice area to relax and enjoy vacation
I wish the beds were a better quality- firmer and more supportive.I stayed at another hotel nearby two years ago, and the beds were absolutely fantastic!!! I was very disappointed with the bed. Room was clean. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast awesome! Carpet needs updated. TV was very good. I would stay here again, if they improve the mattresses.
Decent and comfortable. Sometimes you need to ask them to change your sheets since they seem to have issues with their washer... but other than that, it's okay and affordable!
They had some issues up on the front desk. Must be the computer was down. Cause check in was not smooth. But once we got in everything was great. We stayed at a suite with a king size bed and jacuzzi. The bed was comfy. The pool was beautiful. All in all it was a great stay. I'd recommend it to people visiting Plattsburgh.
DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE!!!! Arrived at 7:30 pm and the room wasn’t ready yet! Haven’t seen that in my entire life!!! The receptionist told us that we needed to wait and to keep calm! Not the first time here but clearly THE LAST TIME HERE!!! They call us at home to tell us that the room was ready at around 7h45pm guest what!? We’re not at home!!!!
