The weight lifting section needs updating as the machines are very old and not very good but the free weights are ok it worn and old themselves.
Great place for events indoor driving range basketball courts pickelball courts and racquetball courts. Weight room is older but stationary bikes treadmills and elipticals all good.
Otherwise this gym is great for the price. Staff is great, never seems to be that crowded and a lot of amenities. Cardio area is very good.
Huge gymnasium. Nice basketball hoops. Great weight room. Indoor driving range! Great for the long winters up here in Plattsburgh. Racquet Ball courts too. Also in a very nice location( The Oval) Can't go wrong.
Had my daughter's birthday here and everyone had a blast! The staff was very helpful! :-)
