I want to thank Fesette Realty for swindling us out of the home that my family and I were looking forward to living in. Not only that but also not reimbursing us the $350 we spent getting the home inspected. I do business in Plattsburgh and will confidently say I would never stoop to these kinds of shady, unethical business practices just to earn a few extra bucks. I implore everyone I know to think long and hard before they do business with Fesette Realty.
I am not sure what America is coming to but back in the day a handshake and or a verbal commitment was all you needed to make a deal. Nowadays apparently even a signed (by both parties) contract is not enough when buying a home.
