Poor selection, helpful employees
Found a cute pair of shoes online asked if they had them in the store and was told "no" and ignored for the rest of the time, ended up ordering them myself online than found out because I shop here so much had the women actually helped me I wouldn't have had to pay shipping. Again went in to buy shoes had my account brought up was told all deals were applied and I saved money for being a rewards member, today I found out the "discount" was my points being used not the 15% discount to all rewards members. Service is poor and it makes me feel like a burden to anyone I ask a question to. I love the deals but I'm starting to wonder if I'm even saving money.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I would leave no star if I could. I tried to apply on line and it turned out to be an utter nightmare. Apparently famous foot wear is a customer of infor talent science . Along with Walgreen's , Lowes, foot locker, new York and company as well as a slew of others. So I decided to calk to ask if they possibly had applications that I could pick up in the store and the so called manager who never gave her name was of no help and so incredibly rude. I called also to ask for some help online. And the so called store manager said I just work here I know nothing . I don't know what it is about Plattsburgh maybe the water or the air? I don't know however don't ever move here. The people are among the rudest I ever met. .. Don't come here. I cannot wait to get out of here.
