I called on the day of asking for chocolate covered strawberries for my daughters birthday. They had none available because they are a made to order item. I was bummed then she say I'll run out to Sam Club and can have them ready for you by 2pm today. Now thats amazing customer service. Thank you so much Batters Up!!! You saved the day!!

I had an aweful exspierince at batters up. Now that it is under new management the service is horrible & the pastries aren't even presentable or tasty! I called multiple times to speak to the owner Jean for a birthday cake for my daughter, not only was she unavailable for a week to get in touch with over the phone, but I went in multiple times to pick up baked goods & she was just sitting behind the computer desk avoiding her customers & waiting for the bakery girls to stop what they are doing when she was clearly doing nothing. As I sat their & waited to be helped I was looking around the bakery & seen boxes of Betty Crocker cake mixes stacked onto the counter. That seemed very unprofessional to me considering I was going to pay good money for a homemade cake, not something I could do myself! Their donuts are discussing, they have boxed cake & even the owner won't serve you. I do not recommend going to batters up.

My office uses Batters Up for every single birthday, and we have had nothing but wonderful experiences with this local business. Very delicious cakes, always done right on time, and the staff is very friendly. I can't say enough about Batters Up!
