Good sandwich shop but on the pricey side and great cupcakes.
Fantastic cupcakes in a nice, but small, deli. Nice selection of both gluten free and vegan cupcakes. In fact, you can even get a cupcake that is both gluten free AND vegan! I hit this shop whenever I'm in Plattsburgh.
Absolutely terrible. Ordered two sandwiches (one of which was simply tomato and mozzarella), and the order took 17 minutes with 3 employees working and only one person who ordered a sandwich in front of me. On top of that I was given attitude by one of the employees, and they made no attempt to rectify the situation. Had I known they found sandwich making to be so complex that it would take 17 minutes I would have gone elsewhere. I certainly will not be returning
Food awesome reasonable prices, portions are good, cupcakes are a must-have.
I've had fantastic cupcakes here before. I just traveled an hour out of my way specifically for cupcakes for a special occasion. I checked online beforehand to make sure they were open- according to hours on Google they are open until 4 pm today. I arrived at 2:20. A handwritten sign on the door said they will be closing at 2pm on Saturdays for a period of time. This was very disappointing and I hope that upon reading this review whoever is responsible will update hours so they're current and no one else will have a similar disappointing experience. I have suggested an edit. Now we have to settle for Price Chopper cupcakes
