Ask for Alesha Bailey, she was extremely helpful picking out our 3-piece U-shaped sectional and coffee table to match. We were in and out in no time at all, Alesha narrowed down our search after informing her what we were looking for in a matter of minutes. Within 30 minutes we chose our furniture, arranged payment, and scheduled delivery. Couldn't be happier!
We had a great shopping experience, there was a great selection to chose from, the entire store is well set up. We had Alesha Bailey as our salesperson, she was very nice and extremely knowledgeable about the furniture and how long it would take to come in. She was very helpful with telling us about the specials and special financing deals. I highly recommend Ashley's and Alesha!
We were told the dinning set we paid for will be delivered and installed at home in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, we were told it will be almost in 5 weeks for there was none available. They also told us that only the chairs could be sent next week, and we must wait 7 more days for the table. But to help us, we could use another table meanwhile. Finally, we should talk next day with the person who sold us the dinning set as she was not present at the moment. Now, I am 200% sure that we will never buy anything again in this store.
