Luckily, we met Bob Delisle @ Choice Furniture on Route 3 Plattsburgh who completely understood. He is the most approachable, knowledgeable and patience sales person I ever had the pleasure to work with. In our quest, we returned to Choice at least 4 times, sat in every chair at least twice and followed up with several phone calls. Each time Bob was kind and informative. He clearly wanted to sell us chairs but was equally interested in making sure we purchased what was best for us.

Salesman was dishonest didn't disclosure hidden charges. Miss represented Sears fridgerator.

Bought a huge rocker-recliner from them. A few months in, part of the wood on the arm split. After carefully looking at it, it seems to me it was a natural weakness in that particular piece of wood. They ordered a new arm, came and got the chair, installed it, and had it back to me in a couple hours.
This team, these products, and this store is an asset to our town, and you would do well to save a little more and go to Choice Furniture, rather than trying to get something cheaper.
Chocie was so helpful! We went in knowing which dining room table for our new home we wanted. When they didn't have the specific one on hand we were able to order it and they gave us a great deal. He also hooked us up with a breakfast table for a great deal that they had in stock since they didn't have the table we wanted.
Over the holidays, we decided to gift ourselves new comfortable chairs. In the past, we always seemed to purchase in a hurry and a few times have regretted snap decisions. Once my husband retired, I have committed to eradicate rash decisions! Yes, it is a work in progress…. So, I resolved to take the time to purchase chairs really suited to our needs. (mainly comfort for ageing skeletons)
