Very informative and nice people I plan to do all of my pool business there
Henry's Pools & Spas is, by far, one of the most disappointing local businesses in the Adirondack region. They promise a quality product and promote their warranties and guarantees, but then fail to follow through on their promises. Our pool, which is only two years old, was a huge investment for our family. We have followed all of the directions for care and maintenance. The liner in the pool tore during the early spring, likely as a result of the ice inside. The leak then caused a hole, which became covered in rust, in the metal shell of the pool. Both Henry's, which provided the liner, and the Canadian company Trevvy, which manufactured the pool, deny any manufacturer's defects. The only evidence they have used to make their decisions is a cell phone picture that we took and sent to Henry's. We have spent hours on the phone with both places and have made NO progress. Henry's blames the Canadian company, but they choose to contract with them. Trevvy's blames Henry's liner. Both products are GARBAGE and we are now out thousands of dollars because of poor customer service. We have called both places numerous times, and have received no help. Neither company can be bothered to come and see the pool or offer any help in our situation. I strongly recommend avoiding this company and saving yourself money, time and frustration. I am utterly disgusted and disappointed in the customer service, poor quality product, and obscene lack of interest or responsibility on behalf of the owner.
