We purchased a pool from Lake Champlain Pools 5 years ago. I would highly recommend them. They have always been friendly and their expertise is very evident. We had difficulty with our water chemistry last year and they were very helpful as we worked through the problem!! Thanks guys, you are wonderful.
Lake Champlain Pools just installed our new inground pool. What a great job the workers did . We were very impressed with the crew. They were very accommodating and easy to work with. The work crew never wasted a minute. They even worked in the rain. Very professional job.
BUY LOCAL! NEVER ONLINE!! Great service and friendly staff! I found this place during an debacle with a fireplace that I had purchased online, which arrived broken, and the company was refusing to accept a return. In desperation, I reached out to these folks to try and help me get a warranty replacement or anything. They went out of their way to attempt to help me get the problem resolved, yet were unable to do anything, but the effort meant a lot. Eventually after making it a legal dispute with the other company, my broken fireplace was returned for full credit. I stopped by shortly after and met with Nick, the same guy who had tried to help me previously. There was a floor model that they offered a great discount on, and then helped with ordering the proper vent pieces and accessories, which became a bit of a debacle as well since three separate propane providers I was looking into gave me completely different stories on what pieces I need to be in the legal regulations. They were very understanding in the process and returned the pieces I had ordered that I didn't need in the end. I highly recommend this place to anybody in need of a fireplace, pool, or spa, as they know their stuff and will go above and beyond to assist you.
Always there to help either by phone or in the store. Quick service and they sure do have lots of patience! I rather buy local than order online.
If the rain ever lets up, we will be using our back yard a lot this summer. Again, thanks for a job well done. We are very pleased.
LOVE !!! Stopping in to buy items and / or asking for help. The staff has always been very helpful and courteous . I have had my pool for over 15 years and just purchased a hot tub !!
