Every time I need immunizations I call the office, tell them what ones I need and they say they can do them. It never fails that when I get to Plattsburgh (I live a half hour away) they tell me they don't do those immunizations. I don't have the time or money to WASTE driving to plattsburgh for no reason! It also never fails that I get strep every year and every time I go in and tell them I have strep Scott Liberty talks to me like I'm stupid and as if I have no idea what I'm talking about just for the tests to come up positive. I have never had such horrible experiences with a doctors office before.
Scott Liberty gives the absolute worst medical care of anyone I've ever met. He not only tried to tell me I was wrong about the causes of my back injury but also told me that my chiropractor was a terrible choice and proceeded to contradict his diagnosis as well. I told him I had been taking naproxen and Tylenol OTC since the unjury and guess what he prescribed me.....naproxen! Not sure what sort of clown college he went to but WOW.
Joke. You have time to die in the waiting room. Sat for 2 hours with significant coughing,wheezing, and trouble breathing. Got up and left. Went to another Urgent 5 Star facility and walked into exam room immediately and started treatment.
One of the best facilities in the Upstate New York area. They have loyal and dedicated workers ready to help.
I've always been treated well here. Highly recommended to those looking for a good primary care provider.
