Called this taxi service for a pickup on 3/18/17 and was told 2 minute wait. I left what I was doing to stand outside waiting. After 15 minutes I called again and was told they were right around the corner. After 35 minutes I called again and was told the driver wasn't listening to dispatch. It's now 40 minutes since I called that I've been standing outside. Do yourself a favor and call Wish or C&L avoid Town Taxi like the plague.
great company I work here and I have two cars myself but I couldn't get out of my driveway the other day during the snowstorm, and my boss had an unnamed person come plow me out and my boss came to pick me up bc he didn't want me to drive in the bad weather. I'm thankful for this company for going above and beyond for people this was my experience and I've heard many other good story's about this company and now that I work they treat me like family. Thank you town taxi.
