My first experience at Zeina's was great. Stacy dyed my hair a beautiful red color. I came in with another color in mind, and she found a way to get my hair quite close without having to use a harsh permanent dye that would have more upkeep. She was very concerned with my happiness, found alternatives for me that were in my budget without ever acting snobby about it, and even fixed my current haircut for free because it had been done so badly at a different salon. I will absolutely be going back next time I go to get my hair colored or cut and will definitely be coming in soon for one of their Shellac manicures. Definitely give it a try :)
Not the best customer service I have ever experienced. I am new to town and called to make a same day appointment, showed up at the scheduled time, but still had to sit and wait for about 30-40 minutes! I can understand having to wait 10 minutes or so, but 30 is a long time when you had an appointment! Then I didn't even get in with the lady I was supposed to get in with. I'm sure it's a great salon, but because of this experience it made me not want to go back.

I had the pleasure of receiving a gift certificate for a day at the spa which included a massage, facial, and pedicure. The staff was BEYOND professional and friendly.
