This is my favorite spa in Plattsburgh, NY! The staff is super friendly and always willing to help me. I have been going here for about 2 years for tanning and to get my makeup done; I am always so impressed with the professionalism they have here. This will forever be the only spa in Plattsburgh that I go to, it truly is the best.
As an aesthetician, I'm extremely picky in regard to spas, and any facial treatments I may want to have done. A good friend of mine encouraged me to try this spot in Plattsburgh, and now I'm hooked. My experiences with ONE Med Spa have only been positive. The hydrofacial treatment they have is amazing! The staff is really professional and accommodating, the space is beautiful, and the services are really topnotch (more so than I expected). Pricing is more than fair, the aestheticians always do a great job, and I have really been impressed by the customer service. Highly recommend checking them out!
Terrible customer service and an overall sense of unprofessionalism. Took vacation time from work for an appointment since they are located an hour from where I live and they were not open hours outside standard business hours. They knew I was coming and when I arrived the therapist had a headache and "didn't feel" well so wouldn't see me. They sent me home and I had to come back another day (taking more time off). They offered me a small financial compensation but it did not make up for my time and hassle. Also, the treatment I received had no results so what I did spend was wasted money.
Already posted this somewhere but again...nothing but a great experience. Had quite a bit of work done and Ashley was magnificent.
Recently was able to book an appointment with Savanna for a full body massage. It was a trip to heaven and back! I felt so pampered and really relaxed. It was the ultimate. I know when I get back in the area that is one place that will be on my to do list!! Thanks so much!!
