I have had problems with my Stella our family pit bull since I have had her. I switched to Eagles Nest and I couldn't be happier. Dr. King is a wonderful vet, the staff is wonderful as well and Stella thanks to Dr. King finding what she has now suffers from allergies. We got her on the proper food and just started the shots. I would recommend this vet to anyone. They are very thorough and will make sure they do all they can to get to the bottom of your pets problem. Thank you Eagles Nest Staff and Dr. King with out you guys I don't know what would of happened with Stella.
Last winter, we were in Fl when our other little guy became ill & we didn't have a vet down there. Only our cocker had been in for a visit to E.N. at that point. We went to the local vet but I wasn't entirely comfortable & Dr. King spoke w/me several times at length for no charge. One of the 3 Dr.s are on call 24/7. They also take care of the unusual scaly, furred & feathered friends. I am very cautious about who I entrust my "babies" care to & know they are receiving the best of care there. We look forward to Samantha returning home soon! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
Not an establishment for everyone. Great veterinarian nonetheless but not common practice and very expensive. I personally did not have a good experience.
Top notch tender loving care! We started going there 1 1/2 yrs ago because they do so much work for the wildlife rehabbers in the area & heard exceptional things about them. Our precious cocker spaniel is there now recovering from surgery & she is not only receiving expert care but also a lot of loving. The hospital is so clean that I was lying on the floor w/her in one of the examining rooms yesterday during our visit. Over the past week, we had several visits in their lovely family room, complete w/carpet, couch, cd player, etc. We had used two different vets since moving here 10 yrs ago prior to starting here & they both misdiagnosed potentially severe illnesses. Samantha was very sick & Dr. Cashman was very supportive in what decision we made & was very clear that to proceed w/surgery would be very expensive. She told us that there was no wrong decision should we be unable to have her get the necessary surgery & had to say good bye to her. She referred her over to the Vt. Vet. Surgical Ctr. because it was very specialized surgery w/only a 50% survival rate. I appreciate that they refer animals out when necessary. She was over there 1 night & then came back to Eagle's Nest for her post-op care. They have taken the time to really get to know her & I know she's getting a lot of loving. I was out of town when my husband had to rush her there & Dr. Cashman met us there that night so I could see her as she was very ill.
I absolutely love Eagles Nest! Dr. Eaglefeather & Dr. king are our favorites. All the staff is wonderful. I know when I bring my animals there they are in great caring hands. When there's an emergency in the middle of the night, a person answers the phone & a Dr. calls you back asap....no answering service! That's important to me. That's a place that cares.
