My family has been bringing their animals to Palmer's since I was a small child. I recently worked with Dr. Palmer (Glenn) on a pretty complicated series of issues with my puppy, after seeing another vet and being dissatisfied. He was very thorough and compassionate while showing genuine concern and always being honest about the possible outcomes of the situation. He continued to provide me with advice and feedback, as well as what not to do and what to look for moving forward. He offered continued support and patiently answered all of my questions. There are always a lot of places and people to trust with the care of your fur babies, and I recommend them without hesitation. Also, I did express my concern about the issues I had with the other vet that I saw, and instead of taking the opportunity to talk poorly about a colleague (who he doesn't know), Dr. Palmer simply acknowledged and validated my frustration, while also citing the difficulty of the work, compassion fatigue, and that we all have bad days. This speaks to the overall character and professionalism of this practice.
We have been using Dr. Palmer's for many years to treat our pets. Dr. Kate Heatherton is the pets doctor and we have been very pleased with her and her compassion for our pets and us, too. She takes as much time as needed and is very thorough with treating the pet. We are very satisfied with this facility and will continue to recommend it to other people.

I have been a client of Palmer's Vet clinic for many years.. since 1998 that I can recall. The staff are courteous, knowledgeable, and great with my cats. I have tried other vets in the area and I ALWAYS go back to Palmers.' They don't rob you blind either!
Always there when I need them either for emergency care our routine care. Great staff. Caring & compassionate. Love the new addition and remodeled interior. More space for those not so socialized animal friends.
