A month or so after getting the car back, we noticed that the lights stopped coming on when opening the driver's side door. Auto Barn diagnosed it as a faulty door switch and replaced it free of charge. I was happy that they stood behind their warranty.
Autobarn got our car after it was involved in a sideswipe accident with a truck. They answered all of my questions (I had a lot), and scheduled the repair. They use the Carwise service, which sends updates and allows you to track the repair process. This was great, although the Carwise website was down for over a week and the updates were rather meaningless ("disassemble", "repair", "parts" were the updates). Once the repair was started, they discovered additional damage. They notified us of the extended repair time and handled the insurance company.

The car was finished on time, and they did a fantastic job. There is no sign of the car ever being damaged, and they even vacuumed and cleaned up the inside. They also handled the payment from the insurance company- all we had to do was pay our deductible and pick up the car.
The reason I'm deducting one star is a week after we got the car back, the driver's side seatbelt mount on the B pillar simply fell off.(the repair was to this pillar). The bolt that holds the seatbelt on was not tightened down. I called Auto Barn to let them know, and they offered to inspect the seatbelt (only during normal business hours, no way for us to drop off the car unless we got a rental), but I was able to tighten it down myself with a wrench. Thankfully nothing happened, but it could have easily caused the seatbelt to fail in an accident. This was a serious lack of oversight on their part.
