Obviously neglected work includes: missing four eyelet rivets on plastic wheel well cover; recessed front bumper fog light by greater than an inch (should be flush to bumper); every gap between panel worked on was off line.

Obsurd. I was treated better when i was stationed in El Paso for three years. My car was better taken care of in a foreign community while i was deployed to Afghanistan.
I wrote the owner an email. I never received a response. I will never do business here again.
I showed the management there, the obvious neglect. I told him these aren't my running boards. He asked that i bring it back to be completed, agreed that it wasn't. He denied any wrong doing with the runningboards.
I have a 2012 ram window sticker that says my truck came with running boards that are no longer on my truck. Swapped out by these guys with junk ones. My tires were swapped with junk ones. My locking lug nut key missing.
I told him after you say the work is complete 2 days later than agreed upon, i immediately see the flaws and i don't do this for a living. Now your asking me for more time with my vehicle and expect me to believe you will resolve anything?
