Difficult to follow sale pricing and use of coupons.
I was sent a jcp MasterCard, then I tried activating it and it wouldn't work. Said my info was incorrect. Called them and they told me that things often get screwed up when a card is updated. They wanted to rerun all my information like income etc... Just very disappointed in the entire outcome. Told them I don't want the MasterCard and just give me back my original I've had for 12 years...
I do a lot of shopping for my sons and myself there. I love the prices and the selection and now it's just an added bonus that there is a Sephora there. It is definitely my favorite store in the mall we have here
The staff is soo sweet, the layout of the store is a little too overwhelming but theyre under construction for a Sephora which I cant wait for!
Pauline and Sue were wonderful today. Great customer service. And so very helpful.
