Per the allegation, had your employee handled the situation with a little more class... the issue would have been resolved instantaneously, camera off and packed away. However, your class-less employee took it upon himself to cover his palm over a very expensive additional add on lens while I was documenting night life and experience in Plattsburgh.

All I want to get across in this review is that yes, I had no right recording inside of Wal-Mart. Which I have since addressed, but your employee had no right damaging my camera lens by finding it fit to touch something, while clocked in and an employee of Wal-Mart, that did not belong to him, or another employee but a CUSTOMER. (Any place regardless of scenario I have ever worked at if I would have touched a customer/guests personal belonging I would have been slated for termination.)

Generally speaking, walking into a Wal-Mart is hit or miss. Sometimes the employees like to instigate customers and cross the line by thinking they have supreme law of the land and can physically touch things that don't belong to them when reciting "Wal-Mart" policy, but other than that, I can still stomach this place for the low prices and mediocre quality.

Best time to go here is early in the morning when it's not busy. I usually come here to buy toiletries and non food items.

Call me crazy, but it is still worthy of 2 stars because some of the employees are genuine, friendly and don't jump on the first opportunity to power trip.

My overall visit to Wal-Mart was pleasant, as usual. Although I must say the cashier could use some additional training on how to be have while customers are at the register. I know I wasn't the only one who noticed. The lady I was with noticed and the couple behind us were not very happy with the attitude. She shoved a cookie in her mouth and chit chatted with another employee. It wasn't so much the chatting as it was the actions & attitude. It was very busy but the shelves were still very well stocked & clean.

The workers have always been nice to me. Many people will complain about the employees, not getting served right away, or some other petty grievance. My reply to them is one reaps what they sew. Everyone has good and bad days and before publishing hyper-critical reviews I always ask myself if I'm not willing to do the job myself for the same paycheck to air on the liberal side. http:\\guru.me
