They were awesome. They still had the product in stock and swapped it out for me and, I assume will deal with the company. I won't purchase another of that company's products but really appreciate that a brick and mortar store like Kmart will stand behind what it sells.
I'm only giving this store a score as high as 3, because it's local. Won't go into details but my last visit to this location was less than stellar.
I purchased an appliance that stopped working after a very short period of time. I contacted the company that made the product as it said in the instructions. They gave me the run around for several weeks. Meanwhile I needed the appliance. Finally I loaded it in the car and took it back to the store I purchased it, Kmart.
Kmart is an ok store. No to thrilled about it because it's hard to find an employee if you need to find something or have questions. Other problem is that the floors look dirty.
I miss the glory days of Kmart and hope they can re-create themselves
Some of the prices aren't bad on products. Still happy that this store has year round layaway.
Good for quick shopping, also the only place in Plattsburgh with a little ceasers pizza!
