Customer service is nonexistent but the root beer is good!
Food is good but it takes a while to get your food
Food was fresh, i think is a good idea that they cook everything as it's order also customer service was great.
After specifically telling the teller that there was to be NO ONION due to a food allergy on our orders the people were so busy trying to get in to each others pants behind the scene that they screwed up the order almost sending me to the hospital. If these people can't get their act together I don't see this restaurant and their jobs being around very much longer. When I called to complain a guy named David answered when I started to complain her hung up on me. Nice way to show customer service. Maybe a lawyer and a lawsuit would have worked better!!!!?
I have had nothing but great experience from this place every time I go there. Very friendly. Food is freshly made and always make sure that everything in your order is there.
