We did an online order Saturday morning. Our food was cold, we werw missing our drinks, bacon, and strawberries. I called repeatedly to speak to a manager and got put on hold. Only to be hung up on. They refuse to give funds for the things that were missinng. Never again will I visit this establishment and I will be sure to steer family and friends elsewhere.
I went on a Friday afternoon stopping on a drive between Montreal and New Jersey. It was kind of an off hour (2pm ish) and the place was dead. First thing we noticed was how there was nobody to greet us and seat us. I thought maybe it was 'sit where you want'. Next thing I noticed was how the ice cream freezer was empty. Not a single container of ice cream was for sale. How sad.
Probably the last time I will ever step foot in a Friendlys... at least this one.
Once we finally sat, the waitress was quite friendly. We ordered and played on the little computer they have (be careful it's not free- and there is no warning it costs money).

I wish I could give zero stars. This place absolutely horrible. Worst I've ever seen it in decades of going there.
The food arrived and it was horrendous. I mean, how badly can you mess up fries. They were hard. They tasted like they were sitting out for a week and reheated in the microwave. The tuna smelled off. The grilled cheese sandwich was decent. Probably the highlight of the meal.
Went to Friendly's yesterday evening with my husband and children. I was completely disappointed by our waitress. We called ahead to confirm that they were honoring the $1.99 kids meals and they agreed but upon arriving the waitress informed us they are not $1.99, instead they are $2.99. Also there was incredible delay in when we were asked for our drinks - our orders - receiving our food - checking our extras - to the point where items for our meal were being delivered with our check at the end of our service. This was extremely disappointing. We waited patiently to even pay the waitress and no one came up. She did not come over even one time to ask us how our meals were or if we needed refills. The service was very poor, and of all the years we have been going here, this experience was the worse. I am never one not to tip, but the waitress had zero disregard for us as her table, and never showed back up to bring us a box to get our change. Will not be returning....
I have always loved friendly's good service and nice people. Love getting coupons in the mail and always finding new ways to save money. Love it here!!!
