The entire group at Della Mitsubishi were all very nice and accommodating. We ended up purchasing a 2017 outlander, and look forward in continuing doing business with them.

Love my 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage. It handles so well and you can't beat the gas milaeage. The staff at Della is extraordinary. Jim Goss is a real professional and treated me like I was family. The service department is number one, and like Jim and the others staff members, , treated me with the utmost respect.
On nov 14, 2017 I have been looking an dealing for over month, I was at ends when I came upon my vehicle at della in plattsburgh. I met a gentlemen name Jim goss.. No pressure no b.s., nothing but straight an forward answers. Surprising he wanted to make the best deal for me..he gave me twice the amount for my 10 year old vehicle...plus lowered the price on the vehicle I wanted..Jims idea was to make me feel safe an secure in our deal without any kind of pressure.
