Very small dealership. I went when they were closed so I don't know how the staff is. Looks like a good place for a small business to pick up a "company" vehicle.
Looking for an all wheel drive vehicle. Found one online, went for test drove and fell in love. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Very pleased and thrilled with this experience.

So with poor customer service and 2 failed attempts to shop with them I'd never go back. We are happy the deal did not work out. There isn't an issue with the numbers not working out it's the fact that they couldn't get the basics of customer communication down. Its a real problem.
We came here to buy our first Jeep Wrangler for my wife. We had about 10 months left on her lease and she was well under her mileage for the lease. After running some quick numbers they pretty much told us that it was "impossible" to get the lease payment within our comfortable range. Needless to say within 3 weeks we found our perfect Jeep with another dealership.
I think being a relatively positive person with experience working many jobs where I'm taken advantage of gives me a good perspective on the value of working in a decent place.
They don't communicate with it you when you email them or when you call them. If your not an easy target and will just settle with the first quote then that's it. They move on.
