Was treated very poorly. I have purchased 8 vehicles from this dealership all new. This will be last vehicle I will purchase from them. Service dept was very rude did not perform service I requested .

Leased a new vehicle through Joe Firenze. I cannot say enough good things about our treatment. Raising 4 great sons never left enough in the budget for a new vehicle. Now that they're men, this was our 1st, (we're in our 50's). Joe made it worth the wait.
After an in depth intro to the car's systems, we were off on our 1st adventure. 1st of many!
Not only his professionalism, but his patience and understanding, were paramount. A genuinely good guy. They were busier than a long-tailed cat in a room full of rockers that day, but never did we feel rushed. Introductions to the Service personnel during the tour was a nice touch, as was the free coffee!
